Mapping the Future of Crypto: AAX’s Visionary Journey at Hong Kong FinTech Week 2021

A throwback to November 2021—just as we started to feel the holiday chill, Pink Tiger Media was already sparking excitement at the Hong Kong FinTech Week 2021. This moment in time marked our creative collaboration with AAX, which took us on a journey to conceptualise and implement an unforgettable, forward-thinking brand experience that consolidated AAX's place at the forefront of the crypto industry.

With a shared vision to breathe life into the often misunderstood world of crypto, AAX strived to embark event delegates on an immersive expedition across the Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) landscape. Our mission? To project the authenticity of crypto, celebrate AAX’s pioneering role, all while maintaining an engaging, transparent, and energetic ambience.

AAX envisaged a unique event structure, broken down into two insightful zones—the NFT Zone and the Brand & Educational Zone, complemented by approachable Chatting and Resting Zones. These spaces were carefully designed to reflect the multifaceted journey of crypto, striking a balance between an enriching and interactive experience.

To translate this blueprint into reality, we visualised a booth design that transcended the boundaries between the tangible and virtual world. The iconic Big Ben stood as the cornerstone of our concept, anchoring colourful runways that branched out to three distinct zones. This symbolic structure was a nod to AAX’s unique positioning at the intersection of the traditional financial system and the burgeoning digital asset landscape.

This key visual, bedecked with symbols of fiat and crypto currencies, painted a metaphorical image of the transformative path from classic finance to the vibrant world of crypto. This transition was further highlighted by an AAX airplane, poised in flight, emblematic of the spirit of discovery and progress.

The real-world embodiment of this vision on the ground saw the turquoise runway guiding delegates to the Brand & Educational Zone. Here, we created a stunning infographic timeline that charted the birth and evolution of new asset classes, underlining AAX's pivotal role within the crypto narrative and offering a compelling insight into Bitcoin and its crypto counterparts.

The green runway led to the NFT Zone, where modern god NFTs showcased thought-provoking quotes from the “Crypto Gods NFT Series”. These NFTs served to ground the digital assets into the real world, adding a unique layer of interpretation to the overall experience.

The purple runway, meanwhile, welcomed delegates into an engaging, interactive space for NFT creation. Here, delegates were encouraged to imagine a reality where virtual objects held as much weight and value as their physical counterparts, fostering an appreciation for the symbiotic relationship between the virtual and physical worlds.

Through meticulous planning and execution, Pink Tiger Media brought AAX's vision to life at Hong Kong FinTech Week 2021. This vibrant, informative, and engaging booth experience underscored AAX's leadership in the crypto industry. We turned this roadmap into a journey of discovery, bridging gaps and enhancing understanding of the crypto world.

Even though it’s been a year and a half since the event, the impressions we made continue to resonate. There are still new bridges to build in the vast, fascinating landscape of crypto. One could say, we're just getting started.
